There is also a small vertical dash of colour outside the frame about 15 mm below
the top left corner of the frame - so about level with the bottom of the second petal
of the flower under the left hand 1837. Sometimes this dash is removed
by the perforations - as is the case with the image used here.

There are lithographic flaws on this stamp in common with those on stamp 20 (Row 4, stamp 5).
